To apply for a mortgage with V Nation Corp, you must first complete our online application by clicking Apply. During the application process, you will upload required documents to our secure portal. Documentation requirements may vary based on the loan type, borrower profile, and whether V Nation is acting as a direct lender or mortgage broker. Purchase Transaction Borrowers are typically required to provide: Government-issued photo identification Social Security card One (1) month of most recent pay stubs, or proof of income such as SSI or pension award letters or 401(k) distribution statements, if applicable Two (2) years of federal tax returns, including all W-2s and/or 1099s One (1) month of recent bank statements Refinance Transaction In addition to the documents listed above, borrowers are typically required to provide: Current mortgage statement or payment coupon Solar loan or solar lease documentation, if applicable Homeowners insurance declarations page Asset-Based Lending Transaction (Purchase or Refinance) For asset-based loans, borrowers generally only need to complete the online application. Income documentation is not required, but other documents applicable to purchase or refinance transactions may still be needed. Once your application and documents are submitted, our team will review the information and contact you to discuss eligibility, available loan options, and next steps. Additional documentation may be requested during underwriting as needed.
